Q1:  Sir, our system is not working properly, when we are using the printer the system is going to shutdown.? by     Mr. Administrator cpkannur,CENTRAL PRISON , KANNUR
                  Just uninstall the printer driver, then install the driver once again. It may solve the problem
Q2:  It is very difficult to find what are the elements added in a patient record. So please add some symbol or bold the area where the new element added? by     jamshida,PHC, VALAVANNUR
                  The solution is provided.
Q3:  Sir, When I try to attach 352 MB sized video clip of a patient in "Audio/Video/Text/Document/Image" option of the EMR, I got the error message "HTTP Status 400 - Request[/ThejasImageInvestDisplayForm] does not contain handler parameter named method". Is it not possible to attach such a sized clip in EMR? by     suma,PHC, VALANCHERY
                  The time required for uploading the higher size image is depends on N/W speed and the connection time out set in the server. If really a big size Image to be added, let us know that then we will try some options.
Q4:  Reporting from Valavannur on 26/11/2009 by Sudhamony ECG image cannot be opened and viewed in the image viewer. This problem was reported earlier, but not rectified? by     jamshida,PHC, VALAVANNUR
                  The problem is occured because of running several Java Run time. The steps will be taken to remove the unwanted java versions and disable the Auto Update of Java.
Q5:  NOT ABLE TO OPEN THE SAVED IMAGES LIKE X-RAY , ECG ETC? by     Mrs. Jeena,CHC , THANUR
                  This problem may be due to the connection problem or bandwidth problem. If once you found this problem, just click the "Refresh" button in the Image viewer.
Q6:  SOUND CLARITY IS POOR ,SOUND WAINING WHILE TALKING ,PLS RECTIFY IT EARLIEST? by     Mrs. Prajitha,PHC, ALAMKODE
                  Sir this is a network problem. We are discussed this issue with network providers. They gave assurance to solve this problem as soon as possible.
Q7:  pls make arrangement to indicate that the system is shut down when we are calling? by     Mrs. Prajitha,PHC, ALAMKODE
                  Sir we do not have a software for monitoring these type issues. We are searching for any third party software is available.
Q8:  The ECG software should be modified to list the possible diagnosis? by     Dr.HRISHIKESH,CHC , THANUR
                  We will discuss with ECG vendor and provide the solution soon.
Q9:  Normal ECG standardisation for amplitude is 10 mm/10ms It is difficult to iterpret if it is kept at 5 mm/10 ms as is required in your ECG so that R wave of one lead does not interfere with another. If amplitude is kept low it is sometimes difficult to see the P wave.Is it possible to print the ECG in an ordinary ECG strip? by     Dr.HRISHIKESH,CHC , THANUR
                  We will discuss with ECG vendor and provide the solution soon.
Q10:  previous (that means before the date of registration)reports of blood Urine etc cannot be added in the software,while saving the previous datas with that date ,the software is asking to enter a date on or after the date of registration. Q11:  sound quality between tanur and manjeri is very poor .Therefore consultation with manjeri is very difficult.please correct it as soon as possible? by     Mrs. Jeena,CHC , THANUR
                  We will provide a Microphone as soon as possible. We have requested the Network service provider to increase the bandwidth. We are expecting this problem may be solved soon.

                  The enlargement is done and will reflect after deploying the new application (Soon).

                  For accessing Next column you can use Tab Key.
Q15:  plesee introduce a column for heart rate in vital sign in EMR? by     Dr.PRASANTH,PHC, ALAMKODE
                   The enhancement of the e-Dhanwanthari software for your suggestion is in progress. The updated the application will be available soon.

                  Doctor, Right now the "Call waiting facility" is not available in the video conferencing software. We will consider this suggestion as a requirement and we will check the feasibility soon. Regarding the audio quality we will test with a higher end Speakers as soon as possible in your Centre.
